. i got a quote from les shawl that said 4 new tires would be $1,200 and the ford dealership had them for only $650 i am definetly gonna go there if my FORD TOUGH TRUCK has any other problems. i would definitely recommend this to a family member or friend. heck i actually did the other day!!!!

Very pleasant experience, my salesman Frank was extremely knowledgable and helpful, with this process and the managers Jason and Val were very professional and helpful in making my experience there a great one.

Joseph did a great job as my car salesman at Pierre Ford. He was very up front and honest about what he did and did not know about. He let me know that he was new on the job and did not know much yet about the Ford Focus and was very eager to get whoever he needed to make sure that my experience was satisfactory. Joseph made me very comfortable with test driving the vehicle also. I have been to multiple car lots over the last few months and refused to test drive the vehicle because the salesman made me feel uneasy and extremely uncomfortable.
Buying my vehicle from him was a very painless and pleasant.

I have been bringing my 2001 Ford Escape to Paul Salazar at Pierre Ford service since I bought my car. There was one year when he was in Minnesota that I brought my Escape in and wasn’t very happy with the service. I am so glad Paul is back. I will continue to bring my Escape in even though we moved to Lacey almost 8 years ago!!

I had a very disappointing experience with a sales manager at Ford of Kirkland that left me with a really bad opinion of Ford. From my first point of contact with Kyle Burnside, he was fantastic. He was great all the way through and followed up with me by phone the next day as well. Not pushy or aggressive but he was confident, knowledgeable, and patient with my little boys I had with me. Val was great , fast and friendly in finance as well. Combined, these guys made it the easiest car experience ever. It honestly really couldn’t have been better. As a single Mom going in to get a car on my own, I appreciate that I was made to feel important and worthy of their time unlike FOK. I work in a very Pro-Ford office for a very large global company with X pricing etc. I will definitley recommend Bill Pierre.

Bill Mitchell is my service manager. I had my ’04 Explorer in for it’s 100 K mile service which included flushing the transmission. Towards the end of the day I received a call from Bill telling me that my front transmission seal was leaking and therefore they could not flush the system.I was given the choice to ‘keep an eye on it’ or have it replaced. I was told that it would cost about $1K. I thought about it and called Bill back and told him to keep my vehicle and do the work. Several days later he called and said that the seal had been replaced and the system flushed. I picked up my vehicle but the next day noticed a puddle of trannie fluid underneath. I brought it back in and they tightened the drain plug. No charge. A day later it was still leaking. I brought it back in and they pulled the pan and welded the plug assembly from the inside. A tech showed me another pan with a similar problem. This design flaw was the achilles heal of this system; along with the fact that you cannot check the fluid level or add fluid if low. No charge for this repair either. A few days later the leak returned. Billl had me bring it back in. The replaced the drain pan and gasket and kept it a couple of days to see if it was tight. IT WAS !!! Bill told me that he had to charge me for the pan and gasket but no labor. I told him that I thought this was fair. Since my Explorer was out of warrenty, I was expecting Bill to tell me that he was sorry but all the parts and labor were on me from the first callback. I WAS VERY PLEASED when he said that I was a long time customer and that the flawed design was not my fault and that they, as the local Ford dealer, wanted to make me happy and keep my business. In the past Bill has always worked me into his schedule as quickly as possible and been upfront and honest about unforseen service issues. He always calls me with any questions especially if added costs are involved. You should be proud to have such an honest, on the ball service manager with such excellent customer realtions skills. PS I just looked under my vehicle and the pavement was DRY!!! Sincerely, a very satisfied customer, Mark

I couldn’t think of a better salesman than Kyle Burnside. He was nice, patient, and one of the first people who wanted to sell me the car that I wanted. He understood that Bill Pierre might not have the right car for me and he didn’t want to be that kind of salesman who sold you something you didn’t want. Fortunately, there was a Ford I had my eye on and Kyle did everything he could, and a lot more, to make sure I got it at the right price for me.

I was taken aback by the multiple levels of manager involvement; after I thought we had a deal, it turned out that was just a proposal to the next level manager, so there was a bunch more negotiating. The price we came to was fair in the end, though.

Our salesman, Matt Winthal, went out of his way to find the truck we wanted. The vehicle was at another Ford dealer. That dealer agreed to trade with Bill Pierre Ford, we completed the paperwork and the dealer would not release the vehicle. Matt had to start the entire process all over again. Ford should have the same policy in place that if a dealer agrees to the vehicle swap with another dealer they should honor that comittment.

Conrado was very knowledgable about the car and personable. Over all a good experience, though he should ask how much time people have and give them options for test driving. I ended up driving two cars, instead of one. Otherwise, good guy and seemingly honest.
Kyle was overly patient with all of my questions and was able to answer some of the more absurd questions in a calm understanding way. I felt like he knew what I was going through as a first time car owner, and showed that level of respect and care when dealing with me. He didn’t want to force me into anything and encouraged me to make a fully informed decision. I ultimately went with Bill Prierre Ford because of the amazing customer service that Kyle and other’s showed me. You guys ROCK!

I ordinarily have negative things to say about car service centers. But I have to admit, my attitude toward Pierre Ford Service Center has changed for the better! Yes indeed! For you see, I’ve had the good fortune of dealing with Service Center Advisor Greg Karras.
Greg has always been pro-active, user-friendly and most of all honest. Greg tells-it-like-it-is, only schedules fixes for what’s really broken and always charges a fair price. He’s a pleasure to work with and I think Pierre Management should give him a big raise!

When I phoned to make sure it was as nice as it looked in adv. they assured me it was & I was not disappointed absolutely everything was as nice as I was told & it was actually there !. Just so happens Daughter is turning 16 soon, so Calvin took literally all day showing us cars for her. Helping us to narrow down what we could all agree on. Really can not say enough about how patient Calvin was listening to what it was we needed the car to have vs what our dghtr wants style wise. Very good job! Not pressuring us at all and had our car pulled up and ready for the test drive and was very nice to deal with.
We had researched pre-owned Expeditions on the internet and found Pierre had one that looked good. We called first to make sure it was still in stock. Kyle took our call and said he would have it ready for our inspection. We dropped in and were immediately welcomed by staff who let Kyle know we were there. We let him know we were looking at other dealer’ caras and had to make a decision today. Kyle helped us speed through the inspection and test drive, answered all our questions and let us leave without giving an overly “hard sell”. We went on our way and found that Pierre’s deal was the best. Be called Kyle back and he prepared the car for our return. Throughout, he was helpful and considerate but never over bearing. It all started because I wanted to trade in my trusty old college car for a 2012 hatchback Focus. I searched high and low for the one I had my heart set on and went through a few dealers looking for the right deal. Through Kyle and Bill Pierre I not only found the car I was looking for with all of my specifications but my mother found a new Fiesta and my grandmother found a new Fusion that she couldnt live without. It is not every day that you can win over 3 generations and sell 3 cars to one family in a single day. It was not for the faint of heart. I came in originally for some basic information regarding financing after I filled out a form online. I really had no idea what to expect because the internet sales manager just said come on down and we’d talk. When I came in, everyone was really friendly. I talked to the internet sales manager first, and then was handed off to a salesman. I explained that I had a car that I still owed a lot of money on and I could tell by his initial reaction, that he was not pleased. But he took me around and showed me some cars. The Jason came over and everything changed. He was more willing to work with me and my situation. After test driving a car that I liked and going back and forth with Jason on price, I drove a new car off the lot! And all I had originally wanted was some information on financing! I had a great experience and would definitely recommend for my friends to come in and talk to these guys.

Your knowledge was a breath of fresh air as you knew all the details about the car and its features. The best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. That was including 3 year old twins throughout the process! They treated us with respect from the moment we walked in, and it shamed our local dealers. We had been to all Star Ford in Olympia first, and had the most insulting, awful experience from both sales and management. Pierre Ford sales and business staff did an A++ job in assisting me in the decision making process of making one of those larger purchase decisions that a consumer makes. I have multiple needs that my new vehicle has to provide. I commute 60 plus miles each way to work each day and I needed a car that provided me a certain level of riding comfort and stability and at the same time good on gas/mpg. I was totally happy with the care I received and how the folks at the dealership helped with the car buying process.

george was amazing with his follow through and making sure my wife was happy and we got everything we needed he even assisted in helping me get some service done to my car. Overall it was a FANTASTIC experience
Ysaf did an outstanding job. We completed an application on line and was contacted by Ysaf within 30 minutes. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. I was given tentative approval over the phone after going over the on-line application. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted very warmly and professionally. We were looking for a low milage, high gas milage used vehicle which I could be comfortable in (I’m 6’2″, 250 lbs). Because of financing and what we were able to make as a down payment, they were not able to complete the sale of the car we had picked out. Ysaf talked with Tim “Hammer”. with their assistance, we were able to drive off the lot in a brand new Focus. It met all of our requirements. These two employees are fantastic and a credit to Bill Pierre Ford, Inc and to Ford Motor Company. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them an 12.5 in all areas. Very satisified customers.

Here’s part of what I wrote in an online review: “I personally liked George Mayers (the salesman) and his approach to selling his product. I like the dealer’s “transparency” practice of showing you the invoice and other costs. They certainly gave me a very good deal, and they accommodated me at every turn. The F&I guy (Mike Johnson) read me just right; he didn’t push packages I didn’t want and wouldn’t buy. And Mark Lehmann, the customer service rep, couldn’t be more responsive or pleasant to deal with.” I didn’t post any specific customer service examples online, but I’ll mention some here. 1) When I showed up for my appt with George, he wasn’t around. Every few minutes someone would check with me to keep me posted and reassure me that they were tracking him down. So good coverage in the showroom office! 2) After I purchased the car, I had two cars on the premises. George followed me home in the new car and I dropped him back to the dealership. It was rush hour; probably took 45 mins. 3) During the negotiations with Kasol (?) and the manager, they got me to a YES in part because they offered to add two features that were important to me: leather instead of cloth seats, and a moon/sunroof. I took delivery of the car until they could order the leather, etc. But I threw them a curve the next morning. A retrofitted sunroof could lead to problems up the road, so I backed out of the sunroof. I didn’t expect a cash refund, but I asked if I could instead have a heated driver’s seat. Kasol initially balked, but went to Mark Lehmann, and came back with an offer of two heated seats. They would have been well within their rights to refuse, but by bending in my favor, they kept me from feeling like I’d thrown away a negotiated benefit. 4) Mark L is just plain good. He offered to help me pick out a compatible leather color the next day in the daylight. When I needed a cab to get home from the dealership, he appeared with his cell phone. The dealership owed me a second key for the car, and he called ahead to see if Parts & Service could do it right then so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip. And now he’s doing research to answer a question that will seem silly to the leather suppliers but that’s important to me. So you have a loyal customer. Now about the survey. These are FYIs, suggestions, and explanations for instances where I couldn’t answer a question accurately. 1) The login interface: • FYI, the “here” link in the survey email took me to the survey, but there was no login/password interface. I just started the survey. • There was no warning that the session would time out. It timed out while I was writing this long comment and I lost work. Say what the time limit is (or give a warning). Also mention character limit. • When I tried to go to a previous page to check an answer, I was notified of the timeout and got a login option. THAT time I WAS prompted for the ID and password. It had saved my survey responses so far, EXCEPT for the monster comment. That could make a respondent crabby…losing the comments you’re composing during an unannounced timeout. 2) Q4a-c, about finance/loan experience, you could use a Not Applicable option for your cash customers. 3) Q5a, about the “delivery checklist.” YOU know what that is and what it’s called, your customer might not. I initially answered NO; I didn’t recall anything in a checklist format. How about this? “Did a finance manager take you through a list of delivery options and ask you to initial the options you agreed to?” 4) Q5e. I don’t remember a presentation on how to get my car serviced. (I assume I’d call the dealership!) But George & Mark both said to call them personally if I had any issues. 5) Q h- j. I told George SYNC was useless to me. He had started to tell me about it.
This was not my first purchase from Pierre Ford, but it was the best experience I have had. I am local to seattle and appreciate the fact that there is a dealership I can take my car to for all its service and sales needs. Everyone there is great, willing to go far and beyond for customer satisfaction.
I love my new Fusion from Pierre Ford. They were very patient and courteous in explaining everything including the financing, but were not pushy at all in trying to “sell” me. A very positive experience. I’ll be back!
